A Better Pomona ACTS for All

Pomona Activated for Community Transformation and Sustainability, or Pomona ACTS, is a comprehensive community-driven effort to address community needs around transportation, renewable energy, green infrastructure, and community health.

Pomona ACTS is working toward a healthier, more vibrant, and more resilient Pomona—one that meets the challenges of climate change while creating opportunities for better public health, stronger local economies, and a shared sense of community.

Building a Resilient Pomona

Rooted in social justice and collaboration, we focus on transforming the heart of Pomona—including downtown, key corridors, and nearby neighborhoods—through local, community-led projects.

Our work includes improving transportation, expanding green infrastructure, promoting clean energy, and supporting community health. We also champion anti-displacement efforts, job training, and climate-friendly projects that bring long-term benefits to residents and build lasting partnerships.
