Indicator Tracking Plan

Indicator Tracking Plan

Data, Transparency and Reporting

In collaboration with UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation, we are collecting data on the outputs of Pomona ACTS initiatives and projects to help us communicate the environmental, health, economic, and community benefits of the projects.

The tailored approach for this plan includes three core tasks:

  1. Develop data indicators for tracking progress

  2. Provide ongoing evaluation and technical assistance

  3. Assist with data collection and reporting

Data is collected annually and will be available to view via the UCLA Pomona ACTS TCC Evaluation Hub Website, which will communicate progress made on all Pomona ACTS TCC-funded projects and transformative plans through the end of the grant implementation period.

Measurable Impact through Powerful Stories

The UCLA Pomona ACTS TCC Evaluation Hub Website also features a series of stories from residents, workers, local leaders, and others who have shaped — or been shaped by — the implementation of the Pomona ACTS TCC grant. Their purpose is to show how TCC has touched the lives of community members. Case studies will be posted on an ongoing basis and be available as downloadable PDFs.
