Indicator Tracking Plan

Indicator Tracking Plan

Data, Transparency and Reporting

In collaboration with UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation, we will be collecting data on the outputs of Pomona ACTS initiatives and projects to help us quantify environmental, health, economic, and community benefits of the projects.

The tailored approach for this plan includes three core tasks:

  1. Develop data indicators for tracking progress

  2. Provide ongoing evaluation and technical assistance

  3. Assist with data collection and reporting

This data will be collected annually and available to view on the UCLA Pomona ACTS TCC Evaluation Hub Website, which will communicate progress on all Pomona ACTS TCC-funded projects and transformative plans through the end of the grant implementation period.

Measurable Impact through Powerful Stories

The UCLA Pomona ACTS TCC Evaluation Hub Website will feature a series of stories from residents, workers, local leaders, and others who have shaped, or been shaped by, the implementation of the Pomona ACTS TCC grant. Their purpose is to show how TCC has touched the lives of community members. Case studies will be posted on an ongoing basis and available as downloadable PDFs.
